When you search, the mark and any goods or services you enter are sent to our server and on to IP Australia’s Australian Trade Mark Search API to run the search. We do not save search queries to a database or use them for marketing. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs for a short period.
Review requests
If you send a review request, we use your name, email, mark and notes only to reply to you. We do not sell or share your details.
